The Recode-Me framework is currently being developed into a series of structured online programs designed to help individuals understand and change destructive behavioural patterns.These programs will provide practical education and tools based on the five phases of the Recode-Me framework:
Recognise – Regulate – Rewire – Regain – Recode
Participants will be guided through evidence-informed psychological concepts, practical exercises and structured reflection designed to support lasting behavioural change.
Recode-Me Foundations Program
A structured introduction to the Recode-Me framework, helping individuals understand the psychological and behavioural patterns that drive addiction and destructive behaviours.
The program will guide participants through the five stages of change and provide practical strategies to support long-term recovery.
A program designed for partners, parents and family members affected by addiction or destructive behavioural patterns.
The program focuses on understanding behavioural dynamics, developing healthier boundaries and supporting recovery without becoming trapped in destructive cycles.
Structured educational modules designed for individuals who may be required to demonstrate insight into behavioural patterns and recovery processes.
Participants who complete these programs will receive a certificate of completion confirming participation in the Recode-Me educational program.
These certificates may be relevant in professional, legal or personal contexts where evidence of engagement in behavioural change programs is required.
